Q: What is a personal concierge?
A: A personal concierge is someone who helps free up your day by taking care of the tasks you either don’t have time for or just don’t want to do.
Q: How do I know which membership package is right for me?
A: Membership packages are based on the number of hours you think you’ll use my service each month. If you’re having trouble deciding, just give me a call at (916) 873-GOTO.
Q: Can I set up a monthly or weekly service schedule?
A: Sure! I’d be happy to discuss options that best suit your needs.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: For your convenience, I accept credit cards through PayPal (PayPal account not required), checks, cash, and money orders.
Q: How far in advance do I need to book your services?
A: I prefer 48 hours notice for most services, so that I can create a schedule that works best for all my clients. Still, I understand that’s not always possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate same-day service requests (a nominal fee may apply).
Q: How soon can I expect a call back or an email reply?
A: Voicemail and email messages are checked regularly throughout the day, and in most instances you’ll hear back from me the same day.
Q: What is your service area?
A: Your Go To Girl is based in Carmichael, California, but I’ll zip and zoom all around the Greater Sacramento Metropolitan area including Fair Oaks, Folsom, Gold River, El Dorado Hills, Serano and Cameron Park. The first 15 miles are on me. Only 48 cents per mile thereafter.
Q: What are your hours?
A: My primary business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. But if you need something done in the evening or on the weekend, just ask. You’ll find I’m pretty accommodating!
Q: I need help with something but don’t see it on your list. Can you help?
A: If you don’t see what you need listed in my services page, just ask! As long as it doesn’t present an ethical or moral dilemma, I’ll do my best to help you out.
Q: How can I determine if your company is reliable?
A: Your Go To Girl is licensed and bonded in the State of California and I’m also a member of the International Concierge and Errand Association (ICEA for short). References are always available upon request.

A: Your Go To Girl offers affordable rates to fit almost every budget and I offer a number of ways for you to save on services. Plus, if you think about it, the time you save outsourcing your to-do list to me allows you to spend more of your time with family, friends or doing other things that are important to you. Now that’s priceless!
